  30. reread your annotated lists from step 5, step 7, and step 8, realizing you’ve already had all of the important thoughts you will have
  31. see your lists as a dignified and respectable representation of your mind > a complete representation of the truth (the truth always contains an aspect we can’t grasp or imagine)
  32. physically point to paranoia and fear as if it’s right in front of you then turn your body around the other way
  33. find a small smooth object and pass it from your one hand to the other while completing step 34
  34. place unwavering belief in your future self to handle any mistakes that your now self might make
  35. soften your mind so you feel relief and truth in quotes such as “dream big” or “but first, coffee”

  40. find a view somewhere high up then find something to look up at that’s still higher than you
